Are you going through a rough time? finding life difficult at present?

Life at times can be a struggle but, that does not mean you have to deal with it alone!

I am here to help you explore your issues by being present with you to explore what you are going through. I am here to listen to how you feel and what you are going through, in doing so I apply empathy whilst being non-judgemental.

I am here to help you make sense of your feelings and how to deal with your issues. Sessions are confidential which makes it not only a safe space for you to be free but, for you to be able to express exactly what is going on for you.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) who are a UK professional body, in which I work in accordance with their ethical framework.

Prior to becoming a counsellor I have worked within an Interactive design consultancy for a number of years, as well as seven years experience as a support worker for children and adults with severe disabilities and mental health issues.

Please feel free to message me if the times and dates you require are not available as I may be able to arrange alternative slots that are convenient for you.

Together we will talk about and explore what is going on for you, I value all my clients for the person they are and work by respecting each individual for who they are.
